Mahambrey House

The brief entailed additions and an extension to an existing single-storied structure.

The challenge, however, was that the client wanted a modern-looking house while the existing house had a strong classical façade with a dominant sloping roof over the living room.

The same has been achieved without any major structural alterations.

This house was awarded as a commendable entry at the Ultratech- ICI design awards (Goa) in the Best Villa category in 2015.
